Life here in SPA Eco City has been designed to experience “Me Time” and is a self-sufficient community with facilities like 24/7 workspace, Creches, Supermarket, Saloon, Any Time Medical Care, 9 themed parks for every age group of people, 6 Acre 5 Star resort and much more within the community. To delve more into nature, the builder also is providing Organic Farming options for the residents where the residents can grow their vegetables. I am writing this SPA Eco City Bangalore review because I consider SPA Eco City as a Gold Investment in real estate investment since the value of the property is bound to appreciate in the coming years. I will rate my overall experience 5/5.

- I have booked a villa at SPA Eco City and I could not have been more happier. At the first site visit itself, I liked how well SPA Eco City as a project has been designed. I am eagerly looking forward to waking up every morning in an environment of luscious greenery where birds chirp and fresh breeze blow with the smell of sweet flowers. For people looking for an escape from the crowded and hectic life in the city, SPA Eco City is right here for you. My SPA Eco City review is to bring to you something of value in deciding an important part of your investment i.e. your home. The project layout is very well designed with a 24/7 medical facility right in the community. Even though it is located away from the Bangalore urban, connectivity is still not an issue since it is between three National Highways. There are reputed schools in the vicinity.

SPA Group is among the most reputed brand names in India. When a friend suggested SPA Eco City, I agreed for a site visit. Much to my awe, SPA Eco City is so well planned for an urban lifestyle amidst the luscious greenery and quietness of nature. I will rate SPA Eco City 11 on 10. After a few visits and checks, I finalised a villa. There is no room for SPA Group complaints because the interior and exterior have been designed by the best architect and built with the best materials. The whole theme of SPA Eco-City has been centered on a family-friendly environment. SPA Eco City has world class amenities offering anyone who is looking for the best urban lifestyle in Bangalore. It is truly the best real estate investment to opt for.

Home is a one time investment for a secure future. I visited almost 15 to 20 sites in Bangalore and Chennai. My search for a villa plot ended in SPA Eco City in Bangalore. Right from the organising the first site visit till the finalisation of the booking, the sales team were very transparent and patient answering all my queries, questions and doubts. I am very happy with my booking since the search was laborious but a fruitful effort. SPA Eco City is the first in India to be themed on “Me-Time” with amenities such as seven themed parks for every age group, 24/7 medical facility, state of the art sports facility, integrated workspace and many more. The project is a perfect blend between modern lifestyle and sustainable living practices. Connectivity-wise also it is really good since it is in between three important highways and there are many reputed schools around the vicinity. SPA Group has made a very unique project and my SPA Group review should convince readers that SPA Eco City is a worthwhile investment for the future. I highly recommend this project.

The most amazing feature of SPA Eco City is how luscious and green it is. After almost 10-15 visits, I can say that none of the sites I have visited is like SPA Eco City. No other gated community has such premium and life changing amenities right within the community like SPA Eco City at such a best price. As I entered the nature’s trail park of SPA Eco City, I could smell fresh lemongrass which was so soothing. The interior of the villa is also mesmerizing. Villa plan is completely Vaastu compliant. The wooden flooring with a 20 years warranty in all bedrooms and marble flooring in the dining and living area with Kohler fittings in all bathrooms what else I can think of in my villa. The state-of-art kitchen is perfectly suitable for a choosy-family like mine. There is also a 6 acres resort in the community. The celebration park- the second attraction in SPA Eco City grabbed my impression. Events and outdoor functions can be carried out with proper space and planning at the Celebration park. SPA Eco City is definitely an amazing investment to make. Totally recommend it to anyone planning to book a villa or villa plot.

I have booked a plot in SPA Eco City last month after doing a lot of research about almost all luxury plotted development in and around Bangalore. My research has convinced me that SPA Eco City is the only premium property with all the luxury amenities within the community. All the communication and deals offered by the builder are fair at the current market rate. I have received the legal documents already and I have already checked the same with my lawyer. For me the major attractions were qualitative living, best infrastructure, landscaping, and life-changing amenities. I have also wanted to give my children the complete space to run around and play close to nature. Nowadays they are spending most of the time in front of the TV and phone because our apartment has very few common spaces to play and relax. The parks and playground facilities at SPA Eco City are excellent and fulfills what I was looking for. Spread over 40 acres, SPA Eco City blends well with nature's landscape. The urban forest gives a real feel of canopied trees with many aromatic trees and herbs. There are also designated spaces for pets. SPA Eco-City will be a lifestyle enhancement change for my family.

The builder has planned the project very well and considered adequate spacing. It is also well-connected to prime urban centres and is in close vicinity to many reputed schools, IT offices, shopping malls and financial institutions. It is a worthy investment to consider.
