SPA Eco City is the best-layout development in Bangalore that offers an upscale lifestyle in ultra-spec independent villas at an attractive price. The SPA team explained the specifications of the villas to us when we visited the site and we were completely surprised to see such specifications at the price offered. We booked a 3 bdrm villa plan with them.
The plan of the villa is entirely in accordance with the vaastu. The parquet with a 20 year guarantee in all the bedrooms and the marble floors in the dining room and living room with Toto accessories in all the bathrooms… what else can I think of in my villa. We visited 8-10 projects in East Bangalore. None of them have these high specifications in their projects and only the prices are high.
The ultramodern kitchen that is perfect for a demanding family like mine. We also decided to buy this villa for other impressive reasons. Here we can enjoy a magical 6 acre resort living in the same community every day.

I was looking for a community that would be the best for me and my family with a peaceful and calm environment. My search ended here. We visited the project last week, a completely family-oriented development with amenities arranged separately for each age group and easy access to my workplace. Now I will also take my parents with me because this is the right place where my parents will love to spend time. Whenever they come to Bangalore, they hate living in the concrete jungle.
