So I searched for villa plots where I can have privacy, independence and quality life away from the hustle and bustle of the city. I searched in Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore and Mumbai but with disappointments until I came across SPA Eco City. Before I finalized my decision for a site visit at SPA Eco City, few friends of mine who also invest in real estate had very good SPA Eco City reviews.
Here is my SPA Eco City review in brief. On my site visit, I was mesmerized by the design of villas in SPA Eco city. Many of the projects I had visited prior to SPA Eco City had a smaller space with limited amenities. Before my final booking, I inquired a lot about the project. The sales team was very cooperative and answered all my queries attentively. They also ensured my paperwork got ready on time.
What I really like about SPA Eco City is the spacious project of 40+ acres being developed into a high end premium residential enclave in the outskirts of Bangalore. It is also a DTCP approved plotted development project. Any one writing SPA Eco City review will talk about the various life enriching amenities and conveniences to the discerning residents bringing a resort styled lifestyle right into the everyday life of the stressed city. All the design and amenities are built on giving “Me-Time” such as 24/7 workspace, Crèches, Supermarket, Saloon, Any Time Medical Care,9 themed parks for every age group of people, 6 Acre 5 Star resort, organic farming and much more within the community. Other features include Water Treatment plant, Landscaped Garden, Water Treatment plant, Sewage treatment plant, Open Amphitheatre, Power Backup, Cobbled landscape avenues, Well-designed entrance Area and Visitors parking. In short, the amenities here are vivid and have been designed to enhance the quality of life.
One more unique selling point here in my SPA Eco City review is the sure shot appreciation value in the future. Even though it is located away from the main urban part of Bangalore city, connectivity is still not an issue. The location is the best when it comes to proximity to important offices, health centers, educational institutes, shopping malls and highways.
